Pillow and cover have both been cleaned. The cover does have some spots on it that wouldn't come out, but you may not notice them unless you looked for them. In the picture it looks like there is a spot on the bottom of the pillow, however that is not a spot, it's just from me touching it to move it for the picture, I didn't smooth it out after I moved it.
